Open in "new window" problem

I'm setting up a "favorite links" page for myself and have coded my links to "open" in a new window. Just started so there are only 6 links so far. While testing it, the links do open in a new window but after about 2 or 3 hits they open but open minimized.<br />

Can someone check the source code and see what I'm doing wrong?<br />

Do you really see the new page, or is it at the bottom of the taskbar?<br />
I have to click on the taskbat to see the new window.<br />

because: target = _"blank" is a name<br />
<br />
and target="_blank" an option.<br />
