Only Simle textarea; No editor

Hey;

I am using vB 3.7.0 and I get this problem

When I enter with my account ; My website is normal (My user no 1 which is Admin)

And all others when they login they get this problem/

Including our Staff; Even my site second ADMIN with same permissions as mine Get this problem

Only the textare shows. BUT no editor

Please help ::: what wend wrong.????

HMM no,

EVERY thing seems to be OK, For me it works perfect and with WYSIWYG editor. But not for every one else :(

From Registered users to Admin cant use. As I said the Second Admin he have same permissons as MINE> BUT He cant :(

HELP!
