On pages links?

How would I create links that would go to specific spots on my pages. How would I do that?<br />

If the spot to link to is in the same document, do something like that:<br />

If you need to direct the user to a bookmark in another document<br />
insert the bookmark in that document where the user is supposed to be directed (<a name="NameOfBookmark"></a>).<br />
The Link to that should be like: <a href=http://www.webdeveloper.com/forum/archive/index.php/"DocumentToBeOpened#NameOfBookmark">Linktext</a><br />
