Sorry if this question isn't in the correct forum. I've received three 404 Not Found crawl errors for unknown sites linking to three of my sites's images in my Google Webmaster Tools. I guess they are hotlinking to my images. One of the sites is a blog that seems to make sense but the other two pages seem very odd. One looks like an unfinished template with odd bits of information at the bottom and the other is also seems irregular. Here are the links:

I've contacted the blog owner to ask that the link be removed but I'm wondering if the other owners even added the links or if their sites were hacked or something else is happening? Comments? Thanks!
Jennifer The fact is, you cannot control who OR how other sites link to you (or your images). I have hundreds of bad links pointing to my site from badly formed "scraper sites". Google knows they're external links and does not count them against you.
