Not Your Normal Technical Question

Hi,Realise this isn't the normal techical question, but getting desperate.We've had the run-around and normal selection of flakey candidates from UKstaff agencies, tried one of the job sites and that hasn't done the trickeither. My boss won't hrie contractor's (he got burned by a few a coupleof years back) and not being a massive company, don't have the cash to chuckat head hunters.
