Not listed in Google

Hi, I started up my own forum 8 days ago http://www.harchesterdragons.com and have submitted it to google along with many other search engines and although I see googlebot on the active members list pretty much 24/7 however I am still not even listed in google, have I been blacklisted or does it take time, if so how long?There are only agvbout 3 other fan sites for the show so under the search term "harchester" I want to ideally be at least top 10, any idea what I should do?Google list sites when they feel like it. Just wait for few days, concentrate on your content & backlinks. Update content regularly, & try to get links from relevant sites. When your backlinks are more & coming from already listed sites, then google will find & list your site.Well if you go round the ordinary way you wont be seen for months. Just get good amount of links to your site. Thats very handy in crawling.If you could get one PR6 link then you would be in their index with 2-3 days.. and if you got PR7 then within 24 hours you will be in their index.
