Well if we see in close perspective its seems to be negotiation tactic,since we all can predict as a normal person who has a little sight on world issues that this act can bring a lot of harm to North Korea.Since Nuclear tests under current scenerio proved a negative effect by an overall agreed condemnation by world.In the mean time if Iran done same Set of activity does America give this much time to Iran....I don't think soo,Since I believe american threat is not concerned with Nuclear Power but the threat is Power with Islamic Think Tank!What u think????????
