No Prefix in 3.7.3

I have checked that in vB 3.7.3, it has Prefix option. But when I installed in local, there is no Prefix when I want to create new post. I thought it was because of my style (Aria), but when I changed back to default style, there is also no Prefix when creating new post.

Btw I have created new prefixes in AdminCP. Just they won't show up in create new post page.
 
I already did that. Have assign it to specific forum. And then when I try create new thread, there is no option for me to choose the prefix that I have created.

Edit: Problem solved! I created the Prefix Set but I didn't create the Prefix for the set. My bad.
