No Back to Back posting

is there a mod that will not let members reply to a thread / post untill someone else has already posted to help cut down on spamming
kind of simular to the below
Prevent Double Posts 3.7.x versions

im just looking for something to stop members posting back to back
not the one above as that merges all posts into one an messed up other posts i had made lol

There is this mod, but it has a couple of caveats: last reported compatibility is 3.7.3 AND it works across all forums without discretion.
