No Advanced Posting/Editing Options for Imported Users

Okay, this is related to a topic I previously posted, when I thought my posting and editing options had suddenly disappeared. Now, after reinstalling vbulletin and using impex to import an old db (again), I realize that it was my old admin profile (which I imported) that didn't/doesn't have those options. In other words, if I use my newly created admin profile to log-in, everything's fine, but if I use my imported profile (different username), which I've given all admin privileges to, I have no posting or editing options. I'm wondering if this will be the case for every imported user....

Anyone have an idea about how to fix this? I'd appreciate it! I'm using vb 3.8.1...

Edit: yep, I've tested a few user accounts. The problem exists for ALL imported users.
 
Okay, again, nevermind - not that it looked as if anyone was gonna take pity on my ignorance. The bells finally went off, though, and I thought to go digging through the user cp and found the editing options: problem solved!

I don't suppose anyone can tell me if there's an option to turn on the enhanced interface for all members...?
