Nicest Mod Evah! Need it!

It's a mod that a Moderator have a blue or some color if they post, and the Administrator have a dark brown color like this:

All normal users have normal colors, except moderators or administrator.

Can somebody can give me? That would be very nice.

I posted this mod a few days ago, It might help, you might be able to play around with it and have it for only Admins and mods with conditionals or something:
