Newbie Question: How to install PassiveVid?

I know it gives me a simple instruction:
1. Install XML
2. Install Bitfield XML
...

The more simple question is...how? I guess that either speaks something about my IQ level or my knowledge of vbulletin forum and hacks. :D

Greatly appreciated for any kind of instructions that can help an absolute newbie install that.
 
well to install the xml's go to plugings & products upload new product or add new product all theplug ins and products in vb are xml so that's it
 
I was able to installed the xml file through acp upload.

But I dont get the menu screen (to choose which video site to enable) the way it was describing on vbulletin.

How do I upload "bitfield xml"?
