i'm a newbie here...so please bear with me....
i'm building a fairly simple search for a mysql database and this is what i'm having trouble with:
i need to search ONE database and ONE table. There are 5 columns in that table. The results should only be ONE per search but I want it to be able to return duplicates, improperly formatted fields, etc..
This should be simple but my problem lies with the mixing of html forms and the php scripts!...How do you blend them?! I've seen several tuts about using html forms to supply the search parameters but i'm confused as to how the results will be returned...(can i preformat the results in a table?)
any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!
