newbie - edit mulitiple rows at a time?

I not seeing an easy way to edit multiple rows of data from an mysql database at a time. I have problem pulling up one record @ a time updating it.

I can get to the data from the database, create the multiple form/text boxes populated with the data, but I can't my head around how send it all back @ one time.
