New Version of Skilltest(Diffrent then the ones posted!)

There are a few copies of skilltest floating around here but none of them are the same as the version vbskinworks as up on there site now.

The new version has moved the sidebar to the left instead of the right. It has rounded some of the border and changed the right hand side of the categorey gradients a bit.
