New User Vertification?

How do i do it so that each new users has to be vertified by an admin beforee they can post?

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > User Registration Options.
Set Moderate New Members to yes.

Moderate New Members
If you enable this setting, all new users will be placed into a validation queue for you to approve before they are allowed full privileges. (You can determine what permissions these users have while they are awaiting validation by modifying the permissions for the (COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation group.) If you also have Verify Email Address in Registration enabled, below, the user must first verify their email address, and then they will be put into the validation queue.

Go to admin cp>>> user Group manager >>>(registered User or what ever user group you want) Edit
You can find :
Post / Thread Permissions >>>> Follow Forum Moderation Rules :set this to NO

Now all done All thread will remain until admin or mod permission ...

Wrong, he wanted users to be verified before they can post! Not have their posts go to mod que.
