new to vb help !

whats dis mean and how do i fix it not used to vb so some help, be really appreciated thxs.

The templates shown on this page have been updated in the default template set since you customized them.

also some times when i go to forum log in etc im getting a security token message how do i fix that also

At a minimum, it looks like you shot yourself in the foot by overwriting the default style with an incompatible pre-3.8.2 style which is giving you the security token message. If this is a new install, you might want to reinstall clean.

hmmmm says revert in admin shall i try that ? no ive just im ported a smf db in to vb so if i over write forum files will i lose all the posts everything i have just done ?

dont want to lose all my posts mebers etc ?
