I'm new to Php, and I'm looking at creating a small web site, where users can login with a password, and enter a few details, like Name, Address, Telephone number etc in to a database. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend some good tools for doing this. I have a book here I've just started reading (core php programming) and it recommends a few things, I just wondered if anyone knew of any really good tools for beginners.
