On reserveddomains.com Am I wrong or right? This is what happened:
I had a niche for semi nice .com, 3 compound word Generic. The name was available 2 weeks ago. I was hesitant registering on my own REG. because of uncertainties for development. Again I was thinking on the 12-13th of March but still unsure and name was still available.
Today the 17th the name was gone but still available. Still available???????????? UMMMMMM. Only available on NetSol.com. They snatched my pending domain and set their high price of $35 per year. What upsets me the most is it does not cost them anything to claim rights to the names on their own registers and jack the price. Because If I want the name now I will be forced into creating a Unwanted Netsol account, paying a higher fee, then paying my own register in the future to move the name over.
Through ICANN rules or just plain business practices can other registers reserve domains like this for their own monopoly.
