Netscape vs IE html help

I've got Netscape 7.1 and IE 6.0

My site uses frames with a border="0" so you can't see the frame border.

In IE the border is perfect in terms of thickness between the two pages (important to my page layout).

In Netscape, the border thickness is 3x as wide, which kinda makes the page look weird.

Can I control the frame border thickness in Netscape w/out messing it up in IE?

Thanks!
Kenfor a frame its always been frameborder. but for the sake of using something that is not depreciated use style="border: 0px solid;" to get rid of it
