netscape pixel height

I would like to have, with a table, in netscape, a one pixel horizontal line. Does that sound like too much to ask?<br />

netscape makes all my small tables like 20 px high!!! This is probably simple just my teachers never taught me this and i could never learn it on my own.<!--content-->works for me. make sure your space.gif is in the right directory or you have the right path to it.<!--content-->
