Netscape ignores CSS files

Only under this circumstance does Netscape ignore my CSS files--If I type in: mikemoran.com

By contrast, Netscape recognizes my CSS files just fine if I type in <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.mikemoran.com">http://www.mikemoran.com</a><!-- m --> or <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.mikemoran.com">www.mikemoran.com</a><!-- w -->. How could this be?

My Apache .htacess renders the mime type correctly, and my service provider (Wyenet) says it's something in my code. However, my other two websites don't have this problem (lindamoran.net and betterwaypress.com)

Any ideas? I would be so appreciative if a Netscape user could help me with this. Start by making it fail (mikemoran.com) and making it work (<!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.mikemoran.com">www.mikemoran.com</a><!-- w -->) so you can see this for yourself.

Thanks. Linda Moran

Mike Moran's website (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.mikemoran.com">http://www.mikemoran.com</a><!-- m -->)I re-uploaded the .htacess file and now it works.
I understand that TWA stands for "Trouble Went Away."
.htaccess files certainly are persnickety!
