.NET Web Technology option for Web Portal

I want to know the best technology option to create a portal that allows maintaining of web links (as menu options), news, latest etc. I am looking for an option that allows me to get this up an running rather quickly. My background is in .NET technology. Appreciate any information. Thanks Jay

Any Content Management System is the best option for something like this. In the .NET globe. I would like to suggest a DotNetNuke. It is really very well known and most useful CMS program for you.
