I have a problem with a nested table, that is the "main" table leaves an annoying space between itself and the table inside. I WANT TO GET RID OF THAT GAP and know how to do this in the future... I have attched an example with bordered tables so that the gap is shown.<br />

why isnt the table inside aligned at top?? ok, so its smaller than te main table but why cant it be places right at the top of the main table?<!--content-->valign="top"<br />

Stick that in the <TD /> tag containing the child table.<!--content-->
