Frames aren't the same thing as tables, Andy. I can think of a couple of places that might be able to tell you more than I can. *g* I'm still trying to get the hang of it.
theres a banner and a side bar , and i want the pages to load in the middle how do i do it???You are using tables and NOT frames. This to be done in frames is easy but notnot really (http://www.useit.com/alertbox/9612.html) recommended.

However, if you still want to use it. Read these tutorials:
short: http://www.htmlite.com/HTMnav2.shtml
medium: http://www.htmlgoodies.com/tutors/fram.html
long: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/present/frames.htmlI'd have to agree on Mark wit dat one...But you could put the tables on every page and just change the main content as I did....see my page: http://www.angelfire.com/freak/coolpics
And I just wanted to say that:
