needing help bout hosting plz

sorry, i have problame here.. i was back up my database and change config.php. before i hosting my site n i upload all then that working like default.. the problame is when i login insert username and password for admin and client they wont work just return like start.. can u help fix this pls? or any toturial mybey i should change something..(before im using localhost)

You have installed the script? or are you overwriting? or just restoring a DB sorry just trying to get it straight in my head
 
ok try to explain.. before i install @ localhost.insert mod and editing i like. so i want to move to hosting site phpnet.us (free hosting) i export database and i ftp all my file.. before doing that i had modift my config.php as account hosting.. so after done hosting all i trying look my own site is run normal like localhost.. but if i login at user or admin they back like no login (first open site). i try to delete my database from hosting and input again still same... i dunno whats wrong.. no sign error.. just cant login..
