Recently, I meet a strange question about seo. My company has affiliate Program, all of us seoer of our company has a affiliate Program account. The affiliate program account url is different with the normal url. It add "?aid=..." in the normal url. So when I promote the product, the url I add is the "...?aid=z", but my other collage will add the url "...?aid=..." . I want to do keywords ranking. According to the yahoo link result, it shows completely different result. I want to know does this have bad affect in seo? How about it affect in seo? This I have also experienced, is not poking at Google, Ask yes according to google ranking factor your url should not in dynamic way if you try like in simple way then your website in positive way I agree to you w3cseo.. in order for google to recognize your url, you need to make it in a simple way. You may want to check out iDevAffiliate or Post Affiliate Pro for your affiliate system. I'm pretty sure they both offer "SEO friendly" affiliate links so your backlinks count toward the pages you're trying to get ranked.
