I am looking for an application or code library(ideally .NET or Java) that can be used for creating a payment message converter; the converter would need to convert ISO 20022 XML messages as specified in the SEPA payments scheme into ISO 15022 messages as specified in the SWIFT payments scheme and vice-versa. Any pointers would be greately appreciatedThanks!
