Need to add defualt image and horizontal rule to posts

Hello I was wondering if anyone new how to add the default image and the horizontal rule to each post by default. I have attached two pictures the first picture is the way mine looks and the second picture is the way I want it to look. I am running VB 3.8.0

Admincp >> vbulletin options >> Thread Display Options (showthread)

Scroll down to "Show Default Post Icon" (4th option) and enter the path to default icon

That worked great and I appreciate the quick reply.. Do you have any idea how to insert a horizontal rule?
