ok i did everything and i entered for admin user ids 1 and saved but it still says i am not able to access cause of permissions i check my group nothing there my admin permissions nothing.
File permissions are probably what its complaining about, check the installation instructions to see what files/folders need to be "writable" and make sure they are on your server.
