Now that i'm confident about my blog set up (I might be wrong)
I will keep updating it on a regular basis.
What I really want to know are these.
1. Do you think my blog will be indexed and racked by search engines like google etc?
2. How do I make my blog SEO friendly?
I had gone though some thread here, it seem that SEO is very subjective on blog, keyword,etc.
I even followed a thread about adding mete tags, I'm not sure If i did it right because I don't know anything about html.
3. The blog is a few weeks old do you think I should start commenting on other blogs and leaving a link to my site? Or is it premature to do it?

If you are using blogspot then HTML is not required you can simply put keywords in your title to make search engines know exactly what your site is about. It's nice that you have setup an educational blog and you are sharing knowledge to all persons. Yes, you can start blogging and commenting on other blog and you can start bookmarking also it, will help to increase you crawling rate. Commenting on other people's blogs to build links back to yours is a good idea. The best way to do it is probably to put your keywords in the "Name:" field and be sure to enter your URL in the "Website:" field.
Also, remember to write blog comments that add value to the current discussion rather than just plugging your blog... I'm sure you weren't going to do that but I thought I'd just throw out a reminder

[removed] The crawl errors and restrictions are due to your robots.txt file disallowing spiders from "search" urls.
To see your robots file just type robots.txt after your blogs homepage url. I dont think you can edit this file in Blogger. Not sure how blogspot works, but you should be able to edit the alt tags in your images. That you help you a bit. Just keep updating your blog naturally and keep building links using social places, forums, directories etc., these things would give you good benefit.
