for hosting plan for 6 or 12 month byt for paying month for month
price <7$
and also to give me for free .com domain

hostmonster and bluehost are good byt they want to pay for all 12 months at onse

for that i dont have now money

and also need to support visa electron only that card i have

i don't think you'll get monthly hosting for $7 with free domain, you usually have to pay for the year

Also we can not offer a free domain but you can buy one for cheap just get a .info or something until you can raise the money.
