If so you need to use frames. However, many people are down on frames, because you can still keep a good layout and structure with tables. Far a relatively good frames tutorial check out: http://htmlgoodies.earthweb.com/tutors/fram.html
This is part of the www.htmlgoodies.com site. They have some very good tutorials written with the beginner in mind.

Good Luck!If you have a ton of stuff in the right frame...it should scroll automatically. Thats the default setting. Here are some more links for learning all about HTML stuff.
http://www16.brinkster.com/Noodles/help2.htmYes indeed, you will want to use frames to accomplish that. Read the tutorials others have posted links for. Coding frames is a little confusing at first, but with a little practice you will get the hang of it.
KevinAm I the only person who finds this difficult? Please tell me that it get's easier!!!!all html coding, e.g. frames, tables and when you first start off seems really hard. I kept looking back at my 'html for begginers' book to see how to make text look red or something really simple :) But it will get easier and trust me when I say this, it will become second nature!I picked up a copy of sam's 'teach yourself HTML4 in 24 hours.' I learned it in a weekend. Now, I am not saying you'll be a master after one weekend, but you'll have the basic concepts down. Then its a lot of practice. I also use HTML, the complete reference. And more than any book, I use........
and of course HTML forums!

why? Because books don't cover every real life situation. You could probably learn everything you need with only an internet connection! Good luck! It does get easier.
