Need Help with this problem!!

I am done installing my vbulletin, and here is my problem I have downloaded the premium skin and I am so happy to put the skin on my vbulletin forum, But I tried and tried all the instructions gave to me But nothing really happens, I downloaded 5 premium skins and tried all of them but it really don't work.. Can anyone nice to help me with this kind of problem, I really need help with this...
By step by step on uploading and installing.
 
So I should create a new one and import the xml on the new created style?
What should I upload the folder that has many images?

Always check the xml file & then search for skin name...then check the directory where it should be installed correctly...then it will be no problem
