I am using 3.7.4 nulled and I really want to make the users look how it looks on this site

If you're talking about having the postbit on the left as opposed to being above, that's postbit legacy:

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Style & Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template -> Set to YES and save. Voila!
