Need help with making good link

I need help with my navbar.

i want to make a link in my navbar to this
[=SC=] The Sigma Clan - About Us

My forum is in this folder
[=SC=] The Sigma Clan

And the link in the navbar is then:
[=SC=] The Sigma Clan - About Us

The code to get it in the [=SC=] The Sigma Clan directory is: {$vbulletin->options[bburl]}

But what is te code to get it in the [=SC=] The Sigma Clan directory ?
