NEED HELP WITH : Enhanced Image Captcha

I have version 2.2b of Enhanced Image Captcha and ForumMonkeys Consoul style but spambots are still getting past and successfully registering.

I have no other way to fight spam but using this as the default anti-spam measures dont show up on the registration template.

Please can someone tell me how to fix this?
