Need Help Willing To Pay a domain :)

I am willing to pay for a domain = ANY!

I need help when i goto my website i get this error.
Configuration: includes/config.php exists, but is not in the 3.6+ format. Please convert your config file via the new config.php.new.

But when i rename the [Config.Php] To [Config.Php.New] And now i get this =/

Configuration: includes/config.php does not exist. Please fill out the data in config.php.new and rename it to config.php

How can i fix this :(?

did u configured config


$config['Database']['dbname'] = '';

$config['Database']['technicalemail'] = '';

$config['MasterServer']['username'] = '';
$config['MasterServer']['password'] = '';

and did u created before sql database in cpanel
 
I aw starng from scratch and when i upload the 3.8.1 Vb nulled.
It says ~

The maximum execution time is 30 seconds
The FTP transfer mode (ASCII or BINARY) will be automatically determined, based on the filename extension

Extract files to your PC and then upload extracted files via FTP to your host...but if you have upload file limit restricted to 2M i thing that you can't install vbulletin to that host because few files are over 2M.
