I havent hosted a Vb forum before so its my first go.
I m osting on ulmb.com

This is what i do :)

~ File Manager
~ My Folder
~ Upload the Vb File.

Then i get this. ~

There is no CONFIG.PHP.NEW :(
Can any1 help please :)

Thats the "Cs"
 
It looks like your host may not allow curtain files uploaded, rename config.php.new from your desktop to config.php and then upload to server.
 
First, unzip the vBulletin zip file you downloaded from the members' area to your hard disk and then open the 'upload/includes/' folder. In this you will find config.php.new. You should rename this to config.php and then open it in a text editor.

I hve to add the Vbulletin.Zip to my hard drive?
