Need Help : is legal to use brandable name ?

hi DP member,

is it legal to use brandable name such as Nokia, Honda, etc in combined with other letter / word in our domain names ?

for example nokiawebsite.com, nokiasite.net, hondajazz.com, etc.

please post your opinion... its against the rule or not ..

coz I wanna buy some domain
