Need help bringing traffic to my websites

I have had two websites online now for about a year.My sites are: http://www.intestinaldisease.com and http://www.acid-reflux-disease.comThe first site is listed 5th in Google for the keywords 'intestinal disease'. Despite this, neither of these sites are drawing a significant amount of traffic. What can I do to improve this?Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks,CBI guess if you are ranking quite well for that term the only thing i can think of is not to many poeple are searching for "intestinal disease".There is so much that needs to be done when your optimizing a site. You need to do research or hire someone. I recommend researching. Just look through the threads here at OZZU and you'll find a wealth of information. Then when you have specific questions, just ask.keep passing the word around to other people and friends and see if they are interestedif you can, build and optimise your site for some high traffic keywords and you will get good traffic.there are many tools for keyword suggestion.Caution with what follows - coz I aint no expert.... But in my opinion your description tag is tooooo big at over 500 characters.I would also say that you have a few too many keywords - you have around 34 keywords - Your page title is a mouthful too Your keyword density will be poor, coz you have too many keyword....I would consider reducing this and upping the density on your main page.....
