[Need Help] 2 Problames

Hello,

I have 2 problames,

1. I want the user name of any user group will be in color, like in this forum
pic ex:

anyway, i try to put the HTML CODE in the edit user groups like this:

And it dosen't work.

2. When i edit a thread, and edit the title, the title don't change.
But the title changed when you enter the post, But she don't change out of the post, what i'm trying to say it, you need to get in to the post to see the new title.

f*ck i'm so stupid..
i'm from israel so i use the hebrew lang, and the diriction is right to left and no left to right like english..
and i use the other box for each thing..
like this:
