I wanted to know what's the best suited URL for seo, I have following 3 options.
1. http://www.cmela.com/CA_105_Accessories.html
2. http://www.cmela.com/CA_105_Accessories/
3. http://www.cmela.com/CA_105_Accessories
my opinion is 2 or 3 could be good options, what are your thoughts?

dizyn my vote is in number 1. any specific reason? Number 1 is what I use, because it is the exact name of the page, but I don't think it makes a big difference.
Matt I prefer the first one... it depends on your targeted kws domains are kws should be related to each other. if you were to ask me they are all the same domain name dont give much weight in SERP i would focus on the content of my page. dizyn Simply go with any of them, if the content on the pages is well written and with good keyword density then you will be up in no time. Are they not all the same for SEO?

The html part wont make any difference in the search engines, and you may pick up more traffic with the title in the URL.
