I need an estimate for some contract work done completely in PHP (tied into an existing store) to be launched by July 1st. Here are the specs of the job:

This is basically just a souped up affiliate program. People register on the website, and once they are registered, this is what they get:
10% off a Plan for Life diet (Right now the form for this is just a mailto form located at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.biogenicstnt.com/planforlife/application.shtml">http://www.biogenicstnt.com/planforlife ... tion.shtml</a><!-- m -->, but I would need you to create a new way to do this diet so it spits out a personalized diet instantly to people based on input info and constant data and then charges $99 to their credit card.)
5% off any and all products bought (from the online store at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.biogenicstnt.com/store">http://www.biogenicstnt.com/store</a><!-- m -->)
12% when they sign up for BioShip (automatic monthly shipping of one month supply of selected products)
All registered members also receive a automatic online store credit of $10 for every referral that joins the Plan for Life diet.
All registered members get a 2% commission on all products purchased by those they refer!
All registered members get a 4% commission on all Bioship accounts started by there referral!
Also, it would be awesome to be able to change these percentages whenever the client wants to. An administration area is not required-it can be changed within the script-but if you'd like to create an administration area for no extra cost, that would be great!
