Need Admin

my problem:

I am an experienced Vbulletin owner ( admin at 6+ vb forums)

However the max members I ever get are like 50 with only 2 being active members..

I want another Admin along side with me help advertise,and make a new Vbulletin site for game,hobby ,etc..

I will pay for hosting and domain so don't worry about that ;)
