Need a skin coders opinion

First and foremost thank you for any time put in on this I have tried to accomplish this on my own but van not seem to locate it on my own.
In the Muggled theme 3.7.4 the category graphics seem to be messed up since day one of install (more then likely my doing, although unsure)first attachment is what my skin looks like and the second is the way it should look like any thoughts on how to correct this and where to accomplish desired effect. All the proper images are in their respective files.

hmmm not sure I have 3.7.4 I will look and see but 3.8 is on the way..

3.8 has been post Blacknight just go to the 3.8 premuim section all working and tested.

Hey Filez thanks for the upload I have installed and still have the same issue as describe above have over written all files and same result any thoughts in this. Hit me up in msn if you wish. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Ok so i figured out the issue I had with the header and Nav text color but I still have the issue in the main body of forum any ideas what template actually controls forum section (main body).
