navigation menus

i need something to spice up a menu on a page im making...i was thinking of something like an arrow moving to each link as the user runs the mouse over the link, i need it to be both nn and ie compatible...i remember seeing the code on one of those free javascript sites a loooong time ago but i dont remember the url...anyone know where i can get some free code??<br />
