Im not the greatest with HTML and CSS but I am just confused why this is happening? Im guessing its a width/height problem. I have a page, when you first load it / open it the Nav bar moves down the page, then when you refresh the page it fixes itself and moves to the top of the page?http://pastebin.com/mXDnuYDw < index.htmlhttp://pastebin.com/ENYkKBgk < stylesheet.cssalso the weird thing is when I launch the index from notepad++ it doesn't do the stupid moving thing?
