Long story short, I tried to transfer a domain to namecheap 1 week ago. I sent in three separate tries for the same domain, since I was not receiving my EPP code in the e-mail as promised.Namecheap's policy is "Risk Free transfer. Your money credited back to your account if transfer is not successful for any reason."So, I put in a support ticket about a day later to request a refund. No answer (1 week later).So, I posted on their forum last night. I won't lose the other domains hosted with them. Although if they do steal my other domains, what options do I have to protect myself from namecheap?
