MySQL Database uploading

Hello,

I am thinking of changing my hosting option from MS Access/ASP to MySQL/PHP. I've recreated the site MySQL/PHP code on my home computer and used DBTools to convert a 11MB MS Access database to MySQL.

Can phpMyAdmin's dump facility cope with transfering a large database to my ISP's server? or is there an alternative method to transfer the MySQL database to the server using FTP?
